A recent comprehensive renovation has been carried out to bring a fresh and inviting leisure space for both our hotel guests and members. The pool area, gymnasium and changing facilities have all been extensively refurbished, with a new infra red sauna and shower installed in the spa area.

Our extensively renovated gym has recently gone through a major transformation. Bright and contemporary, our gym houses a broad selection of Technogym cardio and weightlifting machines as well as the latest Concept II rowing machines and cycle machines. Our generous selection ensures that, even in busy periods, you’re likely to be able to use the equipment you want.
We’ve created an inviting and motivating space that will help you meet all your fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight or simply adopt a more healthy lifestyle, our gym is a great place to get on track.
Relax in our spa
When you become a member of the Beeches Hotel gym, you can also enjoy access to our stylish spa. Come and enjoy an invigorating swim or unwind in our infrared sauna or jacuzzi. Once you’ve finished your session in our gym, or if you just want to visit us for relaxation, you can wind down and leave feeling truly refreshed and energised. Gym & Spa members regularly receive.
