Thank you for choosing the Beeches Hotel for your stay. To help you get comfortable during your stay we have put together this guide with all the key information you may need. Should you not find the answer to your question please do not hesitate to contact reception by dialling ‘0’ from your in-room telephone.

General Information

WiFi: The hotel provides free WiFi for use by our guests. To login to the WiFi network select “The Beeches Hotel” network, a login page should then automatically open. Once on the login page please enter the password provided to you on your room key wallet and accept the terms and conditions.

Gym & Spa: To use the leisure facilities please visit the main reception desk. Towels are available from here so there is no need to use the towels in your room. There are changing facilities to use within the leisure area.

Room Service: Food and Drinks can be ordered to your room by dialling 208. There is a £5.95 tray charge for items to be delivered to your room, there is no charge should you wish to collect directly from the bar.

Laundry Service: The hotel can arrange the sending out of your laundry to an external launderette. To arrange this please use the bag and laundry slip provided in your wardrobe and bring both to the reception desk. The charge for this service will be added to your bill upon return of the clean laundry.

Ironing Room: There is an ironing room provided for guests to use on the second floor of the hotel. Exit the lift and turn left to find it.

Taxis: The reception team will be happy to book a taxi at your request. The hotel uses DG Cars who can be contacted directly on 0115 950 0500.

Telephones: Your in-room telephone is set up to allow internal calls only. The following numbers will be useful during your stay.

If you wish to call another guest room you will need to add a 1 ahead of the room number, for example, room 1 would be 101 and room 10 would be 110.
